Integrated Exteriors’ ability to work on a complex project that requires thoughtful craftsmanship and attention to detail, is, frankly, second to none. On the 820 project, they were responsible for reworking a lot of the existing masonry openings as well as site enclosures and masonry piers using salvaged brick from the demo efforts. One part of the project stands out in my memory – there was an existing shaft called out to be drywall, and masonry ended up being a better choice based on the fire rating and building code. Integrated Exteriors was integral to ensuring that the transition from drywall to masonry was done without any loss to schedule or significant cost impact. That’s indicative of their work style – they are dependable, enjoyable to work with, and fair – I never have to worry about getting gouged on change orders, and I’m never concerned that they won’t keep up with the project schedule or that the quality won’t be excellent. We would absolutely recommend them.
